Is Medication & Injection Tracker free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The app is free to download on iPhone and Android, and reminders, all schedule types, injection site rotation, history, statistics and the Medical Profile are free to use. Premium is an optional subscription that adds the web portal (with the AI medication safety review, doctor share links and caregiver access), Refill Autopilot, the rotation heatmap, PDF reports, photo logs, App Lock, sync across devices and an ad-free experience.

What is the Medical Intakes web portal?

A website for Premium members, at med.criosoft.com, that shows your medications, history, calendar and statistics from the app on any computer or tablet, and adds an AI medication safety review, adherence insights, a doctor-visit report you can share, caregiver access and a monthly email summary. It works with the app on both iPhone and Android: turn it on in the app under Settings → Premium → Web portal. Every sign-in is approved on your phone, or with a code sent by email.

How does the AI medication safety review work?

When you turn it on, the portal checks your current medication list for interactions, duplicate treatments, timing conflicts and important side effects, using official FDA drug labels as its reference and marking which findings come from a label. It runs again whenever your medications change and once a month, and serious findings are sent to you by email and to your phone. It is opt-in: only medication names, doses and schedules are processed, by Google’s Gemini AI service — never your name, email or account details — and you can turn it off at any time, which deletes past reviews. It is for information only and does not replace your doctor or pharmacist.

Can a family member or caregiver follow my medications?

Yes. From the web portal, invite them by email. They create their own sign-in (or use their existing account) and get a read-only view of your medications, today’s doses and recent activity, and can choose to get an email if a dose is missed. You decide whether they also see your safety review, and you can remove them at any time. Caregivers don’t need their own subscription.

Which medications can I track?

Any medication or supplement. The app supports eight medication types (pills, injections, liquids, inhalers, creams, patches, powders and other) and is used for Multiple Sclerosis therapies, TRT, insulin, GLP-1 medications, peptides, biologics and everyday prescriptions and vitamins.

How does injection site rotation work?

You choose the injection sites you use, split each into numbered zones and save the needle depth. After every injection the app picks your next spot automatically, randomly or in your own custom order, and shows it on the home screen. Premium adds a heatmap of how often each site was used and warns you before a site is overused.

Question 7

Can I get a reminder to reorder before I run out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The app tracks how much supply is left and shows a low-supply alert. With Premium, Refill Autopilot forecasts when each medication will run out based on your schedule and reminds you on the day to reorder. You can set a different reorder point for each medication, for example 14 tablets for a daily pill and 2 for a weekly patch.

What if I take more than one tablet per dose?

Set how many units make up one dose. If your prescription is 1000 mg and your tablets are 500 mg, the reminder tells you to take 2 at once and your supply goes down by 2 each time.

I forgot to log my doses. Can I fix that?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Missed doses are listed on the home screen, where you can log each one as taken, reschedule it or skip it. If you took all of them, "Mark All as Taken" records every missed dose at its scheduled time in one tap.

Can I share my history with my doctor?

Yes. Export your history as a CSV file, or with Premium create polished PDF reports, including a clinical report designed for appointments. In the web portal you can print a one-page doctor-visit report, or send your doctor a secure link that expires on its own and can be revoked at any time — they don’t need an account to open it. You can also export a personal health card from your Medical Profile.

Is my health data private?

Your data is stored on your device. Sync across devices is optional: it uses your iCloud account on iPhone and a secure cloud account you sign in to on Android. The web portal is optional too — nothing is uploaded until you turn on portal sync, and the AI safety review is a separate opt-in. Premium users can also lock the app with Face ID, fingerprint or the device passcode. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does it work with Apple Watch and Apple Health?

Yes, on iPhone. Premium includes an Apple Watch app with the dose countdown and Taken and Skip buttons, and can log your intakes and vitals to Apple Health.

Does the app replace medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. The app helps you organize and remember your treatment, but it does not provide medical advice. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.
